Timothy & Sarah Brygger
Timothy serves as Director, Resource Developer, and Leadership Mentor. After a decade in graphic design he earned master’s degrees in Theology and in Christian Formation & Soul Care from Denver Seminary. Since founding Tribal Family in 2017 he and Sarah have been mentoring parents in sustainable, generational discipleship while raising their seven children—living the rhythms they teach.

Leland & Jenniffer Stephens
Leland, a retired U.S. Marine and former missionary, serves as Pastoral Consultant, Resource Developer, and Leadership Mentor. In addition to a master’s degree from Denver Seminary, Leland completed a doctorate focused on the type of life Jesus was calling us to live into. Together, he and Jenniffer have made a life of discipleship. They have a passion to see families and churches embody faithful presence in transitory and cross-cultural contexts.

Family Mentors
Bryan & Anna Yoshida
Bryan serves as Treasurer of the Board. He and Anna are highly involved in a thriving church plant: Deep Well. Bryan is an engineer for an international PEO company. Anna is a homemaker and a professional musician. Bryan and Anna walk with families just beginning their discipleship journey as young couples, helping them to grow a culture God’s people in the ordinary activities of life in and around their homes.
Family Mentors
Connor & Rachel Jackson
Connor serves as Secretary of the Board, Youth & Family Ministry Consultant, and Leadership Mentor. Connor serves as the Youth and Family Pastor at Trinity Anglican Church in Littleton, CO. Rachel is their homemaker and erstwhile poet. Connor and Rachel help parents and church leaders nurture faith in families that continues from generation to generation.
