Tim Ryan is Founder and President of Barrett Steel Energy Products, based in Houston, and has 20 years of business experience in a variety of Commercial and Executive positions. Tim earned an MA in Evangelism and Spiritual Formation from Wheaton College and is in the process of earning a second MA from Denver Seminary in Apologetics and Ethics. Tim serves the Vestry of Wellspring Anglican Church as the Head of the Church Board. He has been deeply invested and blessed in his 16 years of marriage to his wife, Kerry, and as the father of their three children.



Gordon retired from EKS&H in 2014, a large regional public accounting firm based in Denver, as an Audit / Consulting Partner specializing as overseer of the small business accounting and consulting group. Gordon practiced as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1985 before transitioning into full-time Christian ministry in 2014. Gordon earned an MA in Christian Formation and Soul Care from Denver Seminary in 2016 and currently serves as a Spiritual Director / Discipler, Soul Care Provider, and Life Coach. Gordon enjoys time spending time with Christ, his wife Kelli, and his three adult children.



Howard is currently Assistant Professor of Christian Formation at Denver Seminary and has taught spiritual formation and spiritual direction for over 20 years in academic institutions and for mission organizations in the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa. As a spiritual director and retreat leader he has served churches, organizations, pastors, and individuals. His written works in the field of spiritual formation include authoring Soul Keeping and The One True Thing and contributing to the Renovare Spiritual Formation Bible, to The Transformation of a Man’s Heart, and to several journals. He serves on the boards of Potters Inn, Nexus International, and is a founding partner in Escalante Golf, a golf course ownership and management firm. His greatest joys are being married to Janis for 41 years, their two children, and four grandchildren.



Tom is Executive Director of Catalyst Leadership Forum, serving as a Life Coach for executives. He also serves as Vice President of Development for the Legacy Center in Portsmouth New Hampshire. Tom earned his MA, MDiv & DMin at Fuller Seminary – applying Family Systems Theory to his approach as Pastor to the Church body. For 23 years he served as the Founding and Senior Pastor of Greenwood Community Church, 5 years as Associate Pastor of Cherry Hills Community Church, and 16 years as Southern California Regional Director with Young Life. Tom has been married to his wife Jill for 43 years. They have three adult children and two grandchildren.


Mike rowe, Design & implementation advisor

Mike is a Founder, Consultant, and Visual Designer. He is currently involved in the design and start-up of a business management app, while also consulting on comprehensive business strategies at Hello Good. For over fifteen years Mike has worked in advertising, marketing and design in the subscription-based software industry – specializing in developing and establishing design teams. Mike helped craft several design teams with Church Community Builder, became Head of Design and Marketing, and served on the leadership team with CCB until November 2017. Mike hails from Canada, where he served in full-time ministry with Threshold Ministries and earned a BBA and Diploma of Communications Media. Mike’s passions are his wife, Lindsey, his three children (one on the way!), and mountain biking.
